Robert Wallace
Born in Tampa, Florida, Robert Wallace was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1976. He has his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida and graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1976. He is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Florida Defense Lawyer’s Association. He is a past member of the Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee. He is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubbell and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar since 1984.
Mr. Wallace is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11 Circuits. He has been a litigator for many years and has tried over 100 jury trials. He practices in the areas of personal injury defense and general civil defense.
