Brendan Fletcher
Mr. Fletcher received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors and his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with highest honors from the University of Florida in 2005. He was the recipient of the Jack Detweiler Professional Promise in Public Relations Award, given to a top graduating senior within UF's Department of Public Relations. Mr. Fletcher then continued his education at the Stetson University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor and his Masters in Business Administration. Upon graduation in 2008, Mr. Fletcher received the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in Trial Advocacy and was nominated for inclusion in All-American Scholars. While completing his academic studies, Mr. Fletcher also interned with the University of Florida Athletic Department, the Jacksonville Super Bowl Host Committee, the University of South Florida Athletic Department – Compliance, and with insurance defense law firms for two years as a law clerk.
Mr. Fletcher became a member of The Florida Bar in 2008 and is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He currently practices in the areas of personal injury defense and insurance coverage. Mr. Fletcher has experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis in defense of business premise liability.
