Born in Pennsylvania in 1970, John J. Kozak was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1996 and the Florida Bar in 1997. Mr. Kozak graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1992 earning a B.S. in Economics and obtained his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Law in 1995. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Kozak joined the law firm of T. Gregory Slother, P.C., which served as national coordinating counsel for Osmose Wood Preserving, Inc. He remains an active member of the Georgia Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia.
