Mr. Pendino, retired Circuit Judge, 13th Judicial Circuit, has been certified by the Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1970. He is a graduate of Stetson University and Cumberland School of Law. He was elected to serve as County Court Judge in 1984 and served as a Circuit Court Judge from 1991 to 2014.
Mr. Pendino is a member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts. He served as an Assistant Public Defender with the 17th Judicial Circuit and Assistant State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts, Middle District and Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
During his 21 years in the General Civil Division Mr. Pendino presided over cases in various areas of civil litigation including: Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Liability, Wrongful Death, Real Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation.
